| Sorry to hear that . I've had the opposite experience . In any event , that's why something like Ellanse is a safer call. I think the pumping has evened the collagen growth with Ellanse .... I highly recommend it for Ellanse users . Could it be different from PMMA? |

| I think ultimately, the mistake you made, isn't having PMMA per se, but having so much PMMA. So often I see guys sacrificing aesthetics for size and in my personal opinion, unless you are very small, the trade off is rarely worth it. You had 4 rounds, totaling about 80 cc, on a penis that isn't particularly long. When guys do that, it's kind of unrealistic to expect to have a totally natural looking and feeling penis. |

| Personally screw them and who cares if it’s altered if it’s good and the women like it and you like the satisfaction they get from it then who cares you can tell fake tit* are fake but you still like looking at them dude that asked if you have an implant is probably just jealous and wants one himself. I’ve been told not to have any work done because it’s not worth the risk if it’s not needed so I’d say I wouldn’t risk trying to have it removed from what I’ve read there’s more to having it removed than putting it in if it ain’t broke don’t fix it . Sling that fat pig in a blanket and make them not care it’s fake The following user(s) said Thank You: Dr_Oates |

I agree with this completely. I believe it's a mistake to go around pretending we're natural and this is what we were born with. It's not, we're enhanced. But the only thing "not real" about it is when we try to lie about or cover up this fact. People have modified all sorts of body parts throughout history for many different reasons. It's just whaty we do. So I say flaunt the modification, be upfront about it, and be proud of it. This isn't something that you were born with, it's something you chose, and there's a certain amount of power in that. The following user(s) said Thank You: Cheadstar |

| Last thing I would be doing is a full deglove without any serious reason to. Hoddle's correct, you did get a lot of product (too much I guess would be the accurate statement based on your feelings about it now). But it works, it's not having any serious issues. I remember following your progress real time and just reread your whole thread as a refresher. I'd say you got carried away and it was an interesting read. I'll also argue most of this is in your head. Would you really be that much happier after a full deglove and Removal, living with significantly less size than you have now? Or would you rather just own the fact it is enhanced? The following user(s) said Thank You: Jacks10 |

| Are there any doctors that could maybe just fix the aesthetics, rather than taking the more drastic measure? I could've sworn that there was a doctor in California who had worked on penises that had the pig in a blanket look from FFT, and he fixed those to make them look much more natural. I have similar issues, but maybe not as bad. I only went for 2 rounds, but gained .5" my first round, and then something like 1"+ the second round. I had started at 4.5", and was just trying to get to a reasonable 5.5" Girth. Now I'm around 6"+ Girth. Luckily it still looks pretty natural when it's Erect. Not sure why it was such a significant increase the second round. The following user(s) said Thank You: justn8 |

| Thank you all for your encouragement. I do think I would miss the Girth. Perhaps I will ask to have the real obvious, hard, lumpy parts removed and the skin tightened, if it can be done. I too have read about degloving, and it doesn't sound pleasant. The following user(s) said Thank You: Liberati |

My opinion probably means very little... but if anything, I'd almost go with what Dr C suggested... but that's just me. I went into this being totally fine with ending up with a potentially minor lumpy result myself (your pics and GSXR were some of the ones I looked at closely before deciding). I even mentioned it to my wife and she was fine with it (she actually joked that as long as it's totally weird, ribbed for her pleasure would be ok lol). I'd think one or two very minimal volume, low concentration sessions could help even it out without really adding much of anything to the actual size. I'm starting to get the fold over/hotdog look when I'm completely and fully retracted (literally thinking about sex or just being out of tight shorts for a minute and it goes away), and it does not bother me at all and I'd be fine with more of that personally. I really think you would regret a full deglove man... in every aspect. The whole experience, the size loss, all of it. Maybe do something minor like a touch up and then leave it the hell alone lol. No pumping or anything else, and just be honest with your partners. 90% of women wouldn't give a sh*t if you had something done to it, they just *might* wonder based on the look of it and then if they know, puts them at ease. Go around the net and look at real amateur penises. Seriously... there's literally every shape you can imagine and NOT imagine out there, naturally. I was looking through a Reddit and it actually floored me. Some almost looked like they had been altered but that's unlikely, it's just how they are. |

| Why do you care what women think? Do you think there is a single woman who is embarrassed because she has breast implants? The following user(s) said Thank You: Jacks10, JJones928 |

| @AstroD Hey AstroD ! „The pmma is loose inside the skin and rolls around and separates“ Hey have the same problem as you - I‘m now looking for an operation to tight up the skin of the shaft! There are two methods for that: A tighter circumcision or even better: The same way like the turkey neck operation but expanded about the entire underside of the penis! My only problem is: To find a very qualified doctor who does circumcisions after pmma. |

| I think thats the problem of wanting to gain more and more , we should settle for modest gains like 1/2" to 3/4". OFC guys that start with below average Girth (4.5") and want to get to BIG territory (5.5"+) are willing to take more rounds and risks. |

I agree 100%! I'll add to that: think of it as a spectrum, on one side you have "sheer Girth size" and on the other "natural aesthetics." Most of us (I'm assuming) would like it somewhere in the middle of the spectrum, getting best of both worlds. Some, like myself, don't mind sacrificing a little bit of natural aesthetics so that my Girth packs a punch, while others prefer low-to-modest gains in order to keep their unit looking as natural as possible. Find where you are on that spectrum and set your goal accordingly... and more importantly, stick to those goals. In other words, if you were of the mindset that 0.3"-0.4" gain is perfect and your penis will (in all likelihood) retain a natural look, then don't start obsessing over 1-whole Inch gains and asking for more and more appointments. Find a healthy state of mind, find a healthy goal, and stick to it! |
