    I have been tomany Quest locations and while the person Ispoke with onthe phone confirming myappointment was nice and friendly and was well informed bymy insurance company, the staff that Iactually delt with when Icame infor myappointment seemed utterly clueless onwhat Iwas coming infor our even how toproperly find where todraw myblood. The nurse pricked meon both arms and couldn't get anything and finally had toget someone else who ended upsticking the needle inmy hand.

      Called 6times ahead oftime tomake sure Icould drop off asample, and nobody pickedup. Iwent tothe location and nobody was behind the front desk, nor was anyone inthe waiting room. Iused the kiosk and itsaid the next available time tobe seen was1:20pm, despite hours stating they start operating at12:30pm. IfI could give 0stars, Iwould. Something assimple asdropping off asample isbeing made extremely complicated Inow have toschedule around work.

            I’ve been tothis location afew times. Each time they are very fast and efficient. Isee alot ofone star reviews. Myadvice iswhen you walk inread the signs follow directions and have all ofyour paperwork ready. These people are very busy. They donot have time tohave long conversations and coddle their customers. Ifyou want toget inand out this isthe place togo.

              I would avoid this location. Staff was mostly unhelpful and despite myprovider sending itmultiple times they said they never received the orders. Also- the place was just dirty and indisrepair. Found another location and all iswell.

              • I went into get blood work and the technician was having trouble. She did leave about 2—3times toask questions toanother employee. Ithink new staff could use more training and supervision toensure their skills are upto standard. This image isfrom the day after, however, myarm looks the same 3days later. Bruised and sore…

                  You already feel like acriminal coming inhere for apre employment drug screen the way the whole process goes. Staff was treating multiple customers very poorly, talking down tothem like they weren’t even human. Tall black man was the one acting rude. What ishis problem? Did his dogdie? Idon’t understand why heneeded totalk tocustomers sorudely.

                    Today, 11/30/21, Iwas notified that their computer system was down and Iwould not beable tohave mylab work completed without apaper order. Ihad anappointment. Iwas not notified prior tomy appt. The guy atthe front desk was very rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Ihave never had apleasant experience with thisman. Heis not agood representative for Quest given the fact that hedoes not take his tone with patients into consideration. Lab work isstressful enough without poor customer service and alack ofprofessionalism.– show

                      This isone ofthe best locations I've been toand will always choose this one even when there are different technicians they are extremely safe intaken the best cautions intreating the patients. Iwant personally thank Rashad,Kianga and Krystal for there patients ingiving methe extra care indrawing mytest tubes.

                            All staff were very kind and helpful. Iespecially wanted toput ina good word for Krystal, who was exceptionally kind and compassionate when Icame intoday (6/4/21) and was anxious about mylab work.

                              I've never used them before and don't intend toin the future. Imade anappointment and wanted tofollow upto see ifthey received the referral byfax from myhusband's doctor. The 1205York Rdoffice doesn't have adirect number tocall. The number listed was aNew Jersey office and was automated. Ifound another number onthe internet. and the person Ispoke with said she could look itup, but she needed tospeak tomy husband. He's 81years old and hearing impaired and can't hear onthephone. yet they insisted onspeaking withhim. Icould have given them any information they needed, but that wasn't good enough. Wasted 45minutes onthis. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!– show

                                        In and out in15minutes. Super professional and safe. Sukhi was amazing. Iam terrified ofgetting ablood drawl and she was quick, kind, and super gentle. Highly recommend!
