Great costumer service, got a mani pedi. This was my first time here and I was happy with my nails! There was another customer who was there screaming that she would not pay, it was clear that she was trying to get her nails done without paying. If you aren’t happy with service why not politely ask for improvement and not throw a tantrum like a child.

The lady was really nice but did a terrible job. I’ve been there before and typically have a good experience. I mentioned wanting some length and she immediately said no this color will look better with shorter nails. I felt rushed to pick a color and felt rushed during the service.Typically when I get SNS done it takes about 45 minutes to an hour, this is was done in about 25 minutes. My shaping is uneven, I have rough spots and dried powder was left around some edges. They just don’t look like something I would pay $50 for. When I called back and spoke with someone, they said no refund no gift certificate and they couldn’t even guarantee if they were allowed to fix them. I can typically look past a bad nail or two but all nails were bad. Again, she was really nice but I would not recommend this place.

Decided to give these guys a try, even though I’ve heard bad reviews from them. Let’s just say that even though I got the style I wanted, I didn’t realize that on my thumbs one is missing part of the top coat where as the other I had dip powder hardened into the side of my thumb on the other hand. The nails are a bit bumpy, and the white tops aren’t that smooth edged. From a distance they look nice, but up close is another story.

Critical:Cleanliness,Quality,ValueI went here because they were open til 8 and close to my house. Showed up about 6:30. I had dip powder on my nails and gel on my toes. It didn’t appear they carried dip powder at all. I’ve been wearing dip powder for over a year. I should have just went somewhere else. My natural nails are long so she suggested acrylic overlay and gel polish. My pedicure was the worst I’ve ever had. My feet aren’t soft. She left sugar scrub on my legs and put lotion on top of it. She pulled out a used pumice bar to scrub my feet with. The polish is all over my cuticles on my toes. My nail shape wasn’t right so I asked her to fix it because she never did ask what shape I wanted. They still did not come out how I had them when I showed up. They are rounded and I kept telling her I wanted coffin shape square with no rounded edges. I got French on my nails with some good to match the polish I picked for my toes. I’m not sure how because I couldn’t see it until she was done but the white polish is smeared into the part that should have no polish on almost all of my nails. She cured it in between but it still smeared. The French is very sloppy and doesn’t even go all the way to edge of my nails on the sides. I was the only person in there so they weren’t rushed or busy. It’s just poor quality work. I’m going to my usual mail tech today to have all of the polish removed and redone. I will never go back to this place. They probably need to be investigated by the health department. She was hiding what she was doing from me while she did my pedicure but I saw her wrap the used pumice bar in a paper towel and put it back in her drawer. To use again I would assume. One last thing. My nails and toes cost me $120. Which I think is pricy since the place I usually go the same thing but with dip powder on my nails and better quality work only costs $107.
