I just got a pedicure here. They did a fantastic job. She spent a lot of time on exfoliation and a good massage with hot stones. The price is very fair and they are friendly as well. It was a really nice surprise to find a place that did such a good job on a trip out of town.

Critical:ValueThey are very Rude and gossiping about clients so we can’t understand, which it’s unprofessional.. It’s all about the cash not guest services after working so hard for our cash ..check my big toe .. not satisfied and she kicked me out because I complained and refused to do my nails but I still paid her .. I believe in karma and god s words .Be Kind ,love ,respect .. Couldn’t degrade my life over this Asians .. Remember I believe in Karma.. I was in on a Wednesday to get nails filled with gel polish. (Thursday) morning paint was chipping. I have overlay with my own nails this never happens. So I go in they fix it. Same thing happens again By Friday morning. Now this is 3x’s its been fixed in 3 days. I told lady if it chips again I’m changing polish. So it chips I change polish after a few days all nails being chipped They charged me $25. I’ve never paid $25 for gel polish it’s usually $15. She says because I didn’t get a fill it’s $25. But I was just in for a fill and they gave me horrible Diluted polish that would not stick. After this experience I will not be back. I don’t mind paying to change polish and this was their bad product it should have been the $15 they usually charge me or free. Not only that the lady filed my finger til it bleed. I’m over it

I went in to get a fill they charged me $50 for a fill on my real nails and they used gel and my nails are not that long! They said my nails are long and that it was 50 I will not be returning ! It was a normal fill that usually cost me 35 at the most any other place! And they didn’t even shape them well

Personally Henry does AMAAAZINGGGGG pedicures and this review should not reflect him personally! My issue is with the business itself, the hours reflecting versus when you walk in are two different stories. Because your full at a certain time you need to hire more people or do better with time. This is the 3rd tome experiencing this. Whether coming 30 mins prior to close or 45 mins.

So I usually am satisfied but I went Valentine’s Day weekend and was charged more for my nails than I’ve ever paid and got the simplest design I’ve ever gotten there Idk if it was inflated due to it being V Day weekend which is fine but she did a basic design and usually my coffin shape is on point it was terrible this time and I paid the most I’ve ever paid. I don’t mind spending the extra money if I’m going to be happy with the results and then she had the nerve to rush me out the chair and deny the design i wanted stating she was too busy. I can tell she was busy by how poorly my nails came out lol. Anyway the pedicures are great and always the same price so from now on pedicures ONLY !
